1 Digital Products — Ebooks & Guides

All sales of ebooks, guides, and downloadable materials are final once access is granted. Digital files cannot be returned. If you received a broken, inaccessible, or duplicate file, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or resolution.

2 Subscription Plans

Subscription refunds are not issued automatically. However, if you experience a technical failure, a duplicate charge, or cannot access a paid feature, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
